We are HAPPY :) Because over the last several month, our webservice folkd.com experienced tremendous growth. We are currently serving:

• over 152.000 user accounts
• with 1.7 million public links (bookmarks)
• in about 14 million rated URLs

And that`s because YOU (as our user) made that possible. So first of all: Thank you!

Less features - more success?

The success started to happen, when we stopped creating features and focussed on our core product:

• Easily save and rate links you like
• Send links to or follow your friends

Time for self-criticism!

In many respects, our service is still bad. In spite of being DELTA now [after beta and gamma], there are still some huge issues to address, like the SPAM problem, mixing up our ranking algorithms, several code-inconsistencies or scalability issues. So we would like to ask you politely to help us:

Please try using folkd.com as your primary bookmarking service. So that, one step at a time, we will be able to improve the system and really enrich your websurfing experience!
